MILWAUKEE, WI – His Eminence Metropolitan Nathanael of Chicago officiated the Palm Sunday Divine Liturgy at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Parish of Milwaukee on April 1. The service was the first by the Metropolitan outside of the Chicago Metro Area, the first in Milwaukee ,and first in the State of Wisconsin.
The historic Annunciation Greek Orthodox Parish is the only church in the world designed by renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright and is registered as a National Historic Landmark.
The Eastern Orthodox Church is the second largest Christian denomination worldwide.
